Where we came from.

“In 1987 I started Supreme Roofing with two partners and although it was difficult timing, we grew Supreme into a highly successful, award winning leader in the roofing industry. After nearly 30 years I wanted to try early retirement and sold my shares to my partner… Early retirement didn’t work out for me. I got bored and ate too much, and I missed building and creating opportunity. In 2016 I started TXO Restoration. My theory in this new endeavor was to improve and simplify the business model of my first company. Supreme was a fine service company in the commercial roofing field – always considered best of class. But, once we finished the roof for our very loyal customer base, our services were no longer needed for 20 plus years. We had loyal customers, but purchasing cycles were 20 + years.

I wanted TXO to offer the same exceptional service for all commercial building trades. Buildings require maintenance to protect and prolong the life of your biggest asset. Not just your roof. Painting, masonry, waterproofing, parking lots, carpentry. Also, things happen – floods, fires, accidents. So we built TXO to offer all of these services for our loyal customers. Mission accomplished, we have an exceptional customer base and have solved a lot of problems for these customers. Fires, floods, freeze/floods, general construction. Loud and proud, we guarantee each customer will provide a good and honest reference not only because of this elevated business model, but because of our quality approach to relationships and performance, too. We are not perfect, but we sure try hard to minimize mistakes and communicate perfectly each and everyday.”

All repairs completed are warranted for one year, something many of our competitors cannot match.
DEDICATED MANAGER.

Every client of ours is assigned a dedicated manager that takes care of every project. This helps build a healthy relationship and doesn't waste time bringing a new manager up to speed on each project.
COST PLUS SERVICE.

Cost Plus service can be the most cost-effective method of repairing roofs when all defects are not evident during our inspection. Cost plus service is priced per man-hour and material. Invoices will show detailed before and after photos, labor hours, and materials used for all work completed.
INDIVIDUAL PRICING.

We price out each repair individually, taking into consideration all factors regarding your roof and treating it as our own investment. All proposals include a scope of work and photographs showing deficiencies to be repaired.
ALL TYPES OF ROOFS.

Our experienced team can handle anything you need including: TPO (Single Ply), EPDM, Modified, Built-Up, Coating, Metal, Shingle and Tile roof systems. We are also Steep and Low Slope Certified.
